This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile and web apps published by Midnight Skies Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers every app released under the studio, both those available today and those we publish in the future. Our apps vary in what they do: some collect no information at all, while others let you create a profile, sign in, and save content so the app can work the way you expect. Whatever an individual app collects, we use it only to operate that app and deliver its features — we do not use your information for anything outside the app you provided it to.

We use this information only to operate the app it was provided to — to sign you in, sync your content across your devices where the app supports it, and provide the features you expect. We do not use it for any purpose outside that app. Where an app does not offer accounts, this section simply does not apply to it, and your settings and saved content stay on your device.
Regardless of what an individual app collects, across all of our apps we never:
Apps that offer paid features or subscriptions process purchases through the Apple App Store (Apple, Inc.) or Google Play Billing (Google LLC). When you complete a purchase, the relevant store shares a transaction receipt with us so we can grant access to what you bought. We do not see your full name, payment method, or billing address — the store handles all of that directly.
For subscription management, we use RevenueCat, Inc. (“RevenueCat”). RevenueCat assigns each device an anonymous user identifier and stores the subscription state associated with it (active, expired, renewal date, the product purchased). RevenueCat may also receive limited device metadata (operating system, app version, country code from the store) as part of normal subscription validation. RevenueCat acts as our service provider and is bound by its own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
At the time this policy was written, none of our apps use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or automated crash reporting tools. If we add any such service in the future — for example, an analytics provider to understand which features get used, or a crash reporting tool to diagnose bugs — we will update this policy to name the provider, describe what is collected, and explain how to opt out where possible. We will also notify users in-app on first launch following the change.
Some apps schedule local notifications — for example, when a timer finishes or a reminder you set is due. Local notifications are generated and displayed entirely on your device. We do not operate a remote push notification server, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Most of our apps are general-audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through any general-audience app. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through one of our apps, please contact us at midnightskiesdev@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
Where an app is specifically designed for children, additional protections apply in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws elsewhere. Such apps will not include third-party advertising, will not request personal information from children, and will follow the kid-appropriate content and SDK requirements set by the App Store and Google Play.
For apps that store an account or content with us, you can review and update most of your information directly within the app. For subscription-related data held by RevenueCat or the app stores, you can manage and cancel subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will honor verified requests in line with applicable law.
We retain the information we receive — including account and profile details, content you save, purchase receipts, and the anonymous RevenueCat user identifier — only for as long as necessary to provide and support our apps, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we delete the information associated with it, except where we are required to keep certain records by law. When you delete an app from your device, locally-stored data is removed by the operating system.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we rely on the security controls provided by trusted service providers such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, who handle data on our behalf. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we choose service providers whose security practices we believe are appropriate for the sensitivity of the data involved.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features, new apps, new service providers, or changes in the law. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page. Your continued use of our apps after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
